Hotel Residence Esplanade is an elegant Art Nouveau building, ideally located just 50 metres from the beach and right next to the lush Pineta di Ponente pinewood, in the heart of Viareggio. It offers spacious and refined rooms and self-catering apartments,equipped with a minibar, satellite flat-screen TV, and free WiFi throughout.
Each accommodation features a modern design, a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer, and air conditioning during the summer season for maximum comfort.
Guests can savour authentic Italian cuisine at the Esplanade Restaurant,dishes are made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and paired with an excellent wine list. A generous breakfast buffet is served daily.
To enrich your stay, the hotel also features a brand-new wellness area, including a private SPA with sauna, steam bath, sensory showers, and exclusive relaxation treatments. For those who love to stay active, the HRE Sport Hub is available with professional Technobody, Vald and Matrix equipment for fitness, postural training and rehabilitation.
Hotel Residence Esplanade is just a 20-minute walk from Viareggio Train Station. During the summer, guests benefit from special rates at two nearby private beach clubs, including access to parasols, sun loungers and swimming pool facilities.
The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
We do not have private parking, we can issue a subscription for public parking at a cost of € 7.00 per day.
The agreed beach service is on payment, from May to September. The price starts from € 25.00 per day to € 40.00 (July and August)
